Greek goddess of victory, representing speed as well as movement and softness. Nike trademark of Nike company, the pattern is a small hook, the shape is simple and powerful, as quick as lightning, a look makes people think of the use of Nike sports goods produced by the speed and explosive force. The first sneakers to be named after Nike have square bumps on the sole to enhance stability and knife-shaped curved hooks on both sides of the shoe, symbolizing the wings of a goddess.

Local shoemaking technology was further developed in 1908 when a shoemaking factory was established in Lyn, Massachusetts. Instead of making Nike shoes on their own, a trained person is responsible for every step of the shoe making process. Production lines began to take shape. The original Nike shoes were still made to order, but to give workers something to do during the off-season, shop owners began making unordered shoes. These are called shoes for sale and are displayed in the Windows of local shops.
