The pattern is a small hook, the shape is simple and powerful, as quick as lightning, a look makes people think of the use of Nike sports goods produced by the speed and explosive force. The first sneakers to be named after Nike have square bumps on the sole to enhance stability and knife-shaped curved hooks on both sides of the shoe, symbolizing the wings of a goddess.
 
Local shoemaking technology was further developed in 1908 when a shoemaking factory was established in Lyn, Massachusetts. Instead of making Nike shoes on their own, a trained person is responsible for every step of the shoe making process. Production lines began to take shape. The original Nike shoes were still made to order, but to give workers something to do during the off-season, shop owners began making unordered shoes. These are called shoes for sale and are displayed in the Windows of local shops.
 
In 1958, then founder Phil. Knight Oregon State University track and field team player, returned to Portland after graduation to teach.
 
In 1963, Phil Knight, a graduate of the University of Oregon, and his mentor, Bill Bowerman, founded Blue Ribbon Sports, a sports-goods company. In 1964, Knight and his coach, Bowerman, invested $500 each to form the sneaker company, called the Blue Ribbon Sporting Goods Company.
 
In 1972, the Nike company was officially established. Its predecessor is by the current Nike president Phil Knight and coach Bill Bowerman investment Blue Ribbon Sports Company.
