In most cases, you may return or exchange your purchase on the official Converse website for any reason or no reason within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is in the same condition as it was originally purchased and is eligible for re-sale. Any reason or no reason means: If you believe that your product is defective, you may choose to return or replace it, provided that the product you want to return meets the following requirements:

2. The color, style, model and material of the product are not consistent with the description on the website.
3. Wrong size or the wrong size.
4. Logistics.

7. Defects and product quality issues (You only comply with the return/exchange/refund process for defective products. There are other restrictions).
